In two words, We Care.  Our mission from the start has been to maintain highest standard in property management.  We can make this possible due to three important factors.  We keep our maintenance staff hired in-house which means they are dedicated only to responding to repairs request from properties we own and manage.  Our staff’s proximity to the property locations is less than 15-30 minutes allowing them to respond to repairs and emergency calls in a timely basis.  Lastly, we make a top priority for all our staff to know the inner workings of each building, which makes for faster diagnoses of issues and repairs.  For more complicated issues, we have team of contractors we have worked with for many years and in most cases, many of these contractors were hired to do building upgrades in the past thus they are knowledgeable in expediting repairs.  Also, proactive preventive maintenance is big part of what we do behind the scene making repairs when its most convenient and minimizing tenant disruptions.  We believe our management model separates us from the other property managers.  We are committed to improving tenant living experience and environment now and in the future.
