Found renting there to be safe, convenient, and remarkably inexpensive for the area. Also, our manager Henry was extremely responsive and frequently went out of their way to solve any issues we encountered.

One of the best managements in Boston if you are willing to lease under. Right from the Day 1 the staff was quite supportive and responsive. I leased a Unit in one of their properties at Brighton, (15 Leicester) and I do not have any complaints regarding anything whether it is related to maintenance of the property (they were just a call away), security, etc. I would have never ended a lease if I had not to move out of Boston. I loved and lived each day in the apartment and would recommend all to don't think twice about leasing with them, if it is Cynergy Realty, just sign on the lease blindfolded.

My partner and I have lived at 9 Knapp Street for over two years and have had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately we have to relocate to another state for work, otherwise we would've stayed in this apartment for many years to come. 9 Knapp St itself is centrally located with great nearby transit options, and amazing food around every corner. It's been a pleasure working with Henry and the rest of the Cynergy Realty team. There is also a team of supers on-location, so any issues are dealt with promptly. Overall, just a very transparent and thoughtful team of people, in addition to very nice apartment building.

I've had a great experience with Cynergy Realty. The apartment was very updated and well taken care of. Any issues that came up were resolved very promptly and the staff was extremely helpful. Henry has been such a pleasure to work with and very accommodating in the 3 years I have been renting. I couldn't recommend Henry enough as a landlord.

I lived at 375 Cambridge St for two years and have only wonderful things to say about working with Henry Chen. He was the most responsive landlord I have ever had. He was always professional, kind, and flexible. My roommate and I felt very taken care of. Any issues were resolved promptly by Henry or a staff of friendly supers. I would recommend leasing with Henry to anyone.

My brothers and I lived at 375 Cambridge in Allston, MA over 4 years. The apartment itself was freshly renovated with new in-unit laundry/kitchen appliances. When asked, internal issues were resolved in a timely manner by the apartment super.Great location and great landlord. Henry is awesome and we’ll for sure miss him at our next apartment.

I lived at 9 Knapp for 4 years and had a really good experience. The building has renovated units with an elevator and laundry in building. The units are spacious and fairly priced for being in a prime location. Henry is a super responsive and understanding landlord. Maintenance is on site and really friendly who fix any issues. Throughout my time living there there were minimal issues needed to be fixed. I felt safe and overall had a good experience. This apartment is great for any medical or dental students/residents working at Tufts.

His maintenance team is very responsive and the building is kept in good shape and any issues are addressed quickly. Highly recommend living here especially for students or young professionals in the downtown area

I lived in an apartment at 15 Leicester Street. It was a beautiful apartment, well-laid out, updated appliances, and well-taken care of. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how usable the entire space was. I rented the apartment sight-unseen and was really nervous about it, but the landlord, Henry, was fantastic and very responsive. He responded to requests and maintenance issues within 24 hours, and his property management team, esp Sun, were extremely helpful. The building is safe and located in a great spot with transportation options to Fenway, Cambridge, and Downtown Boston via bus. Plus, there are a ton of shops, restaurants, and cafes along the street. This was honestly my favorite apartment, and I was so sad to leave.

I lived at 9 Knapp for a wonderful 3 years! As a dental student at Tufts, you can’t really beat the proximity as it was right across the street! Walking distance to the Boston Commons, downtown crossing and a lot of other hot spots—prime location! The units have high ceilings, which really made every apartment feel very spacious. Very quiet neighbors, I’ve never had any issues with that. Aside from the apartment amenities which had everything I needed, the landlord and staff made my experience 10x better. Henry is an incredible landlord and very responsive, attentive, and friendly! I really appreciated how understanding and accommodating he was, and as a student, this made for a very satisfying stay. I would highly recommend 9 Knapp to anyone!

Everything was up to date in my apartment and the rent was incredibly reasonably priced. Aside for the apartment itself, everyone we reached out to for questions or problems (landlord, management, etc.) was friendly and got back to us very promptly (often within a half hour). We had minimal problems in the apartment, but when we did, they were fixed within a day. When moving in, we also had a painting we wanted hung on the wall and the management team actually hung it for us. They really go out of their way to make sure their tenants have a good experience.

I’m a current tenant. In the past, I had to deal with some unprofessional companies who were greedy and had zero respect for their tenants. Cynergy staff members are always responsive, respectful and helpful. It takes less than a day for a problem to get fixed in units. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have leased with this company for two years, and have enjoyed it very much! The landlord is very professional and always willing to go out of his way for his tenants. I had a few issues with my dishwasher, and the tech guy was always there to fix it within a few hours (a day the most). I would highly recommend this company! They really do take care of their tenants! Many people find the area a little frightening at night, but I had no issues. I always felt safe within the building.

I love my apt on 9 Knapp St. The landlord is great, they clean the apt building every morning and I have zero complaints after living there 10 months now. It’s spacious enough for me and water pressure is awesome. I feel safe with the 2 door entry. The laundry room is always clean and the apt is right across from my school! Glad to have landed here! 🙂

Been leasing from them for 3 years while studying in Boston (Sept 2016 to Sept 2019). Had an amazing experience. Extremely responsive company who care about the units they are renting and their tenants. Every time I had some kind of issues management would show up and fix it in 24-36 hours.Would definitely lease from them again if I'd ever have to rent an apartment in Boston again.

Very professional. They are very quick to respond to any questions the tenants may have.The central heater in my apartment was not working and they fixed within the couple of days. They care about their tenants and always notifies when there are inspectors coming ahead of time.

As a longtime customer of Cynergy Realty, I can say that the company takes their responsibilities as a property management company and landlord seriously. The company strikes the balance between keeping their tenants' privacy and comfort at the forefront of their efforts, and promptly resolving any infrequent problems that might arise. I would do business with Cynergy Realty again, without hesitation.
